Terms & Conditions

1. Buying and ordering products

Choose tyre(s) and/or set of wheels with desirable measurements and add to cart. In the cart you can change the quantity and remove the products if necessary. If everything is correct, then press „Forward“ button. Fill in required fields and when the data is correct, press the „Place order“ button. After that, order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. Then we will check availability of the product in stock and send the invoice to your e-mail for prepayment. Order will be sent to you after payment.

2. Payment

You can pay by transfering money from the bank (all banks are accepted) or pay by card or cash at our repair shop on Paavli 4.

3. Delivery

After receiving the payment or payment order confirmation to our e-mail, the product(s) will be sent to your chosen address. Delivery within Estonia will take 1-3 business days.
Free delivery within Estonia for orders starting from 100€.

4. Warranty

All tyres have 2-year warranty. Warranty is valid only on providing invoice. Warranty is not valid in case of the following:

  • Tyres that have been used after reaching the wear limit
  • Tyre damages due to condition of the road
  • Tyre damages due to accidents (car crash, a fire etc.)
  • Damages that are result of incorrest use of tyres (wrong tyre pressure, damaged shock absorbers, incorrect wheel/axle alignment, improperly balanced wheels, car overload, rally, off-road etc.)
  • Repaired and restored tyres
  • Tyre damages that are made on purpose

A thorough expertise will be carried out to the damaged product. If the expertise will show a mistake in material or production, tyre will be repaired, replaced with new one or refunded. Rehvinet OÜ will act as a mediator regarding repair works, replacement of the product or compensating between the manufacturer and client.

All wheels have 1-year warranty from the manufacturer. In case a defect will be found on a product, you should contact the supplier immediately. If the warranty is valid, the product will be sent to manufacturer for inspection, repairing or exchanging. Warranty will not cover the work or indirect costs of the ordering party. Warranty will not be valid if damages will be caused due negligence, ignoring the installation instructions or ohter installation errors caused by the ordering party.

The ordering party is obliged to check received goods (or service) as soon as possible and let the supplier know immediately if any defects are found.

If damage is done on transportation of product, freight carrier must be contacted immediately. In such cases all documents regarding delivery and packaging must be kept and presented to freight carrier upon demand.

5. Returns

Customer has the right to return a product bought online during 14 days, if (s)he is not satisfied with the product. Product must be returned in original packaging to the address of the supplier. Customer has the right to only return tyres that have not been placed on wheels and vice versa. The cost of return shipping will be paid by customer. If product is damaged by manufacturer or during transportation, the cost of return shipping will be paid by supplier.
